Shipping

We ship internationally. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies depending on the destination and may take 7–21 business days.

Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
